Additionally, if employees can provide an endorsement from credible and authoritative representatives, the O-1 visa could be easily obtained.
E-2 Visa - E-2 Visa is for aspiring Entrepreneurs who can invest a capital in their business. To be eligible to apply for this visa, you must be from a treaty country of the US and be willing to invest in an accredited US company.
EB-5 Visa - Graduates who want to move to the US must invest US $500,000 in US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), that can create at least 10 US jobs. Investments can be in the form of real estate, businesses and restaurants, among others.
